Mark G. Crawford
Mark G. Crawford received his
Bachelor of Arts Degree from Haverford College in Pennsylvania in 1985 and his
Juris Doctorate Degree from UCLA School of Law in 1988 where he was Editor of
the Law Review. Mark has been a member of the California Bar since 1988, and is
certified to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern,
Central and Eastern Districts of California.
Before joining Lopez, Hodes, Milman & Skikos, Mark practiced
with the San Francisco offices of Barger & Wolen and Buchalter, Nemer,
Fields & Younger.
Mark primarily practices in the areas of pharmaceutical litigation, bad faith
insurance coverage litigation, and complex commercial litigation. His extensive
experience includes: representing and advising individuals and businesses in
commercial disputes involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, defamation,
and unfair competition and business practices; representing and advising
individuals and businesses in insurance coverage, breach of contract and bad
faith litigation; appeals in civil actions to the state and federal courts; and,
representing individuals in breast implant and pharmaceutical liability cases.
Currently Mark is working on pharmaceutical liability cases on behalf of
indivuals injured by their use of Rezulin®, PPA and
Ephedra® and Lotronex®, as well as other complex
prescription and over-the-counter drug litigation.
